We understand that this information may have formed part of your adviser decisions to recommend this product to customers, and customer decisions to purchase the product. We apologise for the error and any associated inconvenience.
The correct statistics for Zurich Active claims are as follows:
Customers that have purchased a Zurich Active policy during the affected period, from 7 May to 19 July, have been offered an additional cooling-off period until 31 August 2018. We note that this marketing error does not affect the Zurich Active product and that the Product Disclosure Statement remains correct.
