If your business has a vehicle weighing less than 2.7 tonnes with repairable damage worth less than $20,000, it’s eligible for Zurich’s Priority Repair Service. Even better, there is no repair quote or assessment required and repairs are done using the latest technology and processes.

Getting Priority Repair Service can be done in three easy steps.
 

Contact Zurich 24/7 on 1800 611 372, make a claim online or email us. A booking agent will find the most appropriate repairer and date for vehicle drop off.

You will be greeted at the Accident Repair Centre reception where the process is explained.

The repair is carried out, with customers informed of progress and advised by text when vehicle is ready to be collected, usually within five days.
