If you choose a Zurich-approved repairer, you don’t need to get quotes. We’ll handle everything directly with the repairer to get your vehicle assessed and repaired quickly.

Prefer your own repairer? You’ll need to:

  • Provide a detailed quote.
  • Include at least six images of the damage (with the registration plate visible).
  • Wait for Zurich to assess and approve the repair.

When you use a Zurich Repair Network partner, you’ll usually get a basic courtesy car during repairs (subject to policy conditions). 

Lodge the claim online and we will:

  • Select a certified repairer for the insured.
  • Contact the insured to arrange the repair.
  • Approve the quote and authorise the work.
  • Provide a courtesy car (subject to availability).
