Information regarding the PageUp data security incident

Some Zurich temporary employees and contractors use PageUp's systems to submit timesheets for the hours they work at Zurich.

As a precaution, we have suspended access to PageUp for existing contractors until we know more about the nature of the incident.

If you are a current contractor, please speak to your manager about your specific arrangements and if you’re likely to be affected. If you have any questions please email: human.resources@zurich.com.au

Additionally, Zurich used PageUp for recruitment purposes between March 2006 and December 2014. If you applied for a role with Zurich during this period PageUp suggests you visit their website (www.pageuppeople.com) and change your password.

While we are not currently aware of any misuse of personal information, we encourage you to maintain a close watch for unusual activity concerning their personal information.

Zurich takes information security extremely seriously and our own information security teams are investigating this issue as a priority.
