With ongoing severe weather events in parts of Australia, we are working hard to support our customers and respond as quickly as possible.
If you are affected by a natural disaster, please ensure you follow the advice of local authorities – see emergency contact details further below. 

How we can support you

We are here to help and settle claims as fast as possible.

Property and motor vehicle claims

The fastest way to get your property or motor claim processed is to lodge your claim online – any time of day or night  You can also contact your broker to lodge it for you. Alternately, or call us on 132 687 between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm AEST weekdays.
We have engaged with our network of suppliers and are ready to deploy assessors and builders once access to impacted areas is available. We are also ready to issue emergency and interim payments and to quickly settle claims.

Life insurance claims

If you suffer a serious illness or accident that’s covered by a life insurance policy, we’ll handle your claim quickly and with the sensitivity it deserves. You can lodge your claim by contacting us by phone or email:

Financial assistance

Support is available for Zurich Life and OnePath Life customers who:

  • have been directly impacted by a weather event in natural disaster zones, or
  • are volunteering in natural disaster impacted regions or are with emergency response teams, to the detriment of their own financial wellbeing.

Please either contact your financial adviser or Zurich on 131 551 or OnePath on 133 667 when it is safe to do so to discuss your options.
