After you’ve filled out the registration form, we’ll email you your login details within 24 hours. Your email will also have a link for you to download the Zurich Loving Life app on your smartphone. You can also download the app on the App Store and GooglePlay.

When you open the app, click on ‘New User’, then ‘Create Account’. Enter the username and temporary password from the email to confirm your membership.

As a valued Zurich customer, your Loving Life membership comes at no cost – it’s completely free with an active policy.

Simply present the ‘Redeem Now’ screen for that restaurant on your phone to the staff member when requesting your bill.

Yes, the membership can be shared on up to 2 devices in your household. The new user logs in on their device with the registered users email and password. Whilst both devices can be logged in at the same time, only one device can redeem at any one time.

The offers within the Zurich Loving Life Membership are built into your phone, so providing you are logged into the app and are using the activated device you do not need to be online to use it. You can redeem up to 5 times while offline and as soon as you are back in range, your membership will be automatically updated.
