This assessment also includes a thorough desktop review of your organization's mental health and wellbeing strategy and policy. Our Risk Engineers will carefully analyse the scope and content of these key documents, evaluating how effectively they describe and enable the delivery of your wellbeing objectives.

Zurich Resilience Solutions has a core capability to assess and help you improve your workers compensation performance. This can be done using our detailed Workers Compensation Assessment.  You’ll be assigned an experienced risk engineer who will visit your site and discuss your approach to managing workers compensation exposures. The areas that will be included are:

• Safety Management Systems
• Hazards and Control Systems
• Leadership and Communication
• Claims and Injury Management Processes
• New View Safety Principles including Human and Organizational Performance

The assessment process considers your challenges, the journey you are on in relation to safety management and looks at tools to assist you in achieving your goals.

It is estimated that the assessment and site visit will take approximately 1 full day (depending on the size and complexity of the organisation).

Z Track is free to Zurich customers and provides reports on workers compensation claims, with detailed lists and graphics to help you analyse your claims. You can see when, where, why and to whom accidents have occurred, as well as how much time has been lost and the cost of claims.
