The Claims team will be able to assist you when reporting a claim. Once the claim is reported to this team, the appropriate paperwork will be sent. Once the paperwork is returned a claims specialist will be nominated to look after the processing.
If you have a claim underway, the same team will continue to look after that claim in the same way as before. While responsibility for assessing and administering claims has now passed to Zurich it does not affect the way we handle claims, either new or existing.
