With over 20 years’ experience in project and change management, Annmaree is an innovative business leader with a passion for driving transformation and strategic change within the Financial Services industry.

As Chief Customer Officer, Annmaree is responsible for implementing company-wide strategies which focus on customer experience for Zurich in Australia & New Zealand. Annmaree is dedicated to understanding and meeting customer needs and driving customer-centric initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty are at the forefront of Zurich's strategic objectives. Annmaree’s journey with Zurich began in 2010 when she led the change management for the SME platform, Z.Stream.

During her career, Annmaree has applied a transformative approach to large-scale program management and strategic change delivery, including leading through organisational and technological change. Annmaree is also known for her collaborative spirit and the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively. Her in-depth knowledge of distribution, propositions, and technology further fuels her success in driving positive change within the industry.

Outside the meeting rooms, Annmaree finds joy in exploring her creative side through film and enjoys fostering a sense of community and storytelling by engaging in local film festivals and supporting emerging filmmakers.
