About the Financial Coaching Program
We know that a setback can be costly and worrying. Which is why we offer a free, confidential financial phone coaching service with one of our trusted partners to support you during these challenging times. Through this service, you’ll have access to a financial counsellor who can help you navigate your financial concerns, such as financial stress, hardship, family finance issues, and changing situations.
The financial counsellor will analyse your finances and provide you with options to manage your debt and/or budget to help you take control of your finances. They won’t tell you what to do with your finances (i.e., they don’t provide investment advice or financial planning services).
As a Zurich customer, you are entitled to four (one hour) sessions during your claim with us to help you feel at ease when it comes to your financial wellbeing.
To get started or find out more simply chat to your claims consultant or email: claims.rehabilitation@zurich.com.au
