Generation Zurich Forum – September 2016

Can you articulate the benefit of using a broker?

There are distinct advantages for consumers who use a broker. While informed customers and brokers themselves are well aware of these, there is still work that needs to be done to educate potential customers, particularly those from younger audiences. We discuss your value proposition and how to communicate it to your customers.

Brokers act as an independent voice of the customer, with access to a wide range of products, they can also provide comprehensive support with claims. Brokers point of difference is that they can offer great cover at a better price, whether it is for complex or run of the mill insurance. It’s not always easy to get the message out however, particularly when you may not have the marketing clout of the direct insurers or the price comparison sites. It can be a challenge to articulate your value to customers.

Topics include:

  • Broker strengths and overcoming weaknesses
  • Moving the decision away from price
  • Encouraging connected sales
  • Adding depth to strategy
  • Customer focus

We invite you to learn from the experts at our exclusive Generation Zurich Forum to help you find your key point of difference and develop a marketing strategy that will help you grow your business.
