Loving Life is Zurich's exclusive rewards program, in partnership with the Entertainment Group. As a Zurich customer you'll get free access to over 8,000 lifestyle and entertainment offers via smartphone. #### How are offers redeemed in person? Present the 'Redeem Now' screen for that restaurant on your phone to the staff member when requesting your bill. #### Can I share my Loving Life membership? Yes — the membership can be shared on up to 2 devices in your household. The new user logs in with the registered user's email and password. Both devices can be logged in at once, but only one can redeem at a time. #### What happens after I register? We'll email your login details within 24 hours, along with a link to download the Zurich Loving Life app. The app is also on the App Store and Google Play. #### How much does the program cost? It's completely free with an active Zurich policy. ### Life Insurance End of Financial Year #### What documents will I receive? - An **Insurance Premium Summary** if you have an Income Protection policy and total premium paid during the financial year is greater than zero, **or** - An **Annual Statement** if you have a lump sum policy held in super and the policy is still in force at 30 June. For Zurich Insurance-only Superannuation Plan (ZIOSP) members, the Plan administrator will send a Section 290-170 Notice (from July) and an Annual Member Statement (from August), where applicable. #### When are Insurance Premium Summaries sent? From mid July. #### When are Annual Statements sent? From mid August. #### Which document do I use for my tax return (non-super Income Protection)? The Insurance Premium Summary. This does not constitute tax advice — please seek independent advice from a registered accountant or tax agent. ### InsureMyTesla #### How do I add a driver to my policy? You don't need to add drivers aged 25 or over — they're already covered. Adding a driver under 25 lowers the excess payable if they have an accident, but may increase your premium. #### What's included in the excess-free windscreen and glass cover? All windscreen and glass panels on your Tesla Model 3 or Y, with no limit on the number of excess-free claims during your policy period. #### I was using Autopilot when the incident happened — am I covered? We won't cover loss, damage or liability arising from you or the driver not being in control of the car as required by legislation. You need to determine whether using a driver assistance function means you're in control of the car under State or Territory law. Each claim is assessed case-by-case based on policy wording and applicable legislation. #### I'm an existing Tesla owner — can I apply? We currently only cover Tesla Model 3 and Model Y. #### Agreed value vs market value? **Agreed value** is the value you and Zurich agree on, stated in your Schedule and fixed for the policy duration. **Market value** is the car's value immediately before loss or damage, based on model, age, kilometres travelled, options, accessories and condition — this fluctuates over time. Your choice affects claim payouts and premium. Refer to the PDS for details. ### My Zurich Customer Portal #### What extra security is being added? Multi-factor authentication (MFA) — in addition to username and password, you'll enter a verification code sent to your mobile phone. #### How does MFA work? First login: provide a mobile number, receive an SMS code, enter it, and access your dashboard. Future logins skip the mobile number step. #### Do I need to prepare? No — just have your mobile phone with you. You'll be prompted for your mobile number if none is on record, if it differs, or to confirm a match. The number entered will update your contact details. #### Can I opt out of MFA? No — MFA is required for all portal users to protect against unauthorised access.
