Every claim we receive at Zurich is handled promptly and with sensitivity. Our local claims team members are committed, experienced professionals who'll ensure your claim is paid as quickly as possible.
- First check your Policy schedule and Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) to confirm the Ezicover policy you have with Zurich
- Contact the Claims team on 131 551 for a claim form
- Complete and sign the claim form/s
- Post, fax or scan/email your signed form/s to:
