Terminal illness claims
A number of Zurich's life insurance policies include a Terminal Illness benefit. To find out more about this benefit, contact your financial adviser or call our claims team on 131 551, Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.00 pm AEST.
To make a claim, please follow the steps below or call us on 131 551.
Step 1: Ensure the life insured has the following information available
- Original policy document
- Certified proof of age.

To be completed by the life insured and included with any Business Expenses, Income Replacement, Total & Permanent Disability or Terminal Illness life insurance claims.
