Email notification: The online form has a field called ‘Email notification’ – please complete this field if you wish for your broker, customer or any other party to receive the acknowledgement as well.

To make a general insurance claim (including property) with Zurich, simply fill in online and either print and post this form or email it directly to Zurich.
